Am a damsel in distress and don't know where to start an looking for a kind builder who realised this is not a a bash crash job but a bit of thinking patience and challenge and someone who has time on their hands. I.e. A boiler ripped out so hole in wall, a room that needs plastering a bath panel that needs cut down to size and bits and pieces, Lino fitted, paining, another room to plaster that's has four different designs of plaster work already and a kitchen falling down.
