Remove and dispose old bathroom suite.
Strip back two walls to shell to replace with new inc. moisture proof boards.
Plaster two new walls and repair remaining walls where tiles have been removed (tiles already removed).
Relocate existing radiator pipes and fit new radiator.
Fit new bathroom suite.
Wall tiles around bath only, brick pattern (6 sq m)
Floor tiles (6 sq m)
Relocate pipework for new taps (to be fitted) for basin and bath.
Remove existing and fit new toilet.
