6ft by 7ft bathroom refit. All tiling has already been removed back to studwork and masonry apart from where the current shower resides. Floor to wall tiling required. Remove old bathtub and washbasin with under sink storage cupboard. Install walk in shower tray and waste piping and reinforced glass screens. Remove old power shower and replace with thermostatic valve bar shower. Remove old radiator and install wall mounted radiator. Piping to be redirected from verticals coming out of the floor to instead come out of the tiled wall. Install and plumb in new vanity washbasin unit. Materials already purchased including Hardiebacker, all tiles, flex adhesive and grout for the job. Additional materials required are some plumbing ends and bends in plastic plus some copper for the rad install. A new toilet has been bought to replace old and the floor will need Hardiebacking and tiling in a small closet toilet measuring 2ft by 2.5ft. Again all materials supplied. The present loo water to the cistern needs to be redirected possibly.
I will be installing a pvc tongue n groove ceiling with four led downlighters which will cover the present plaster ceiling.

Too many errors too mention. Will never use again. Legal action to recover remedial costs in effect.
