Start of work: Pending repair of outside gully to stop water damage; immediately afterwards.
He showed interest in two jobs I had posted. I shortlisted him for both and we arranged for him to visit, inspect and quote. He didn't turn up and also didn't call to say that he wouldn't. Have not heard from him again.
