Alan came punctually within 2 days. He efficiently fitted a new electric shower but it refused to function. Alan and my husband twice exchanged the unit for a new one at B & Q. Alan patiently worked at every possible cause for the malfunction and isolated a loose wire in our fuse-box. He repaired this and the shower now works!He worked cleanly and cleared up well. Paid cash in hand.
