Martin was the 1st responder. He came and gave me a quote. After this we agreed an investigation was needed.after investigation replacement boards were required which was done as agreed.
I then decided to replace the entire floor with new boards and laminate flooring. After a price was agreed the work was done quickly and efficiently and I could not be happier. He is coming next week to do the bathroom floor.
