I need an experienced builder to renovate and damp proof my living room, move my kitchen to my bathroom and my bathroom to my kitchen. Create a window in the new kitchen. Damp proof the ground floor landing which the walls close to the entrance have damaged due to damp/condensation. Finally to re-paint the whole ground floor.
