Started off really well, came and did the quote ordered the windows then I heard nothing. I couldn't get in touch with him and he didn't respond to any phone messages I left. I had to arrange with the window manufacturer directly who was absolutely fantastic and ended up fitting the windows for me. I would not recommend this tradesman.
