Replace eroded plasterboard and retile

Small shower room, roughly 2.5m by 2.5m - one corner of the room taken up by standard size shower cubicle consisting of two constructed walls of the cubicle and the two tiled corner walls. Cracks between the (old) tiles has led to water seeping into the plasterboard walls causing one of them to fail so that when the tiles were leant on some of them pushed through the wall. Essentially the plasterboard needs replacing in at least one of the two walls, and the two walls also need retiling- white, simple tiles. The shower pan also has wear-and-tear and could use replacing; A new fully enclosed shower cubicle is also an option but obviously we are hoping to keep the costs down.
Additionally there may be some water damage in the floor, though looking at the ceiling below there is no indication of this so it is likely to be restricted to the immediate floor layer alone.
I also need a replacement shower unit only (fitted) to replace the one in the bathroom (not the shower room) which leaks.

Really good job well done. Very amiable, very helpful and provided a quality, service that was just what I needed, done to time, spec and original quote. He was flexible and was happy to talk us through options before commencing. Definitely using him again in a number of other projects.
