Repair or replace guttering/reglaze a small greenhouse

Guttering is plus 10 yrs old and falls badly creating overflows in several places during rainy times would like the gutter repaired or replaced(upvc) and the fall corrected. Also in close proximity to trees so a means of stopping leaves getting into gutter would be appreciated as to the greenhouse it needs at least 5 panes replacing maybe more
