After a date had been selected by both the contractor (A & C Contractor Ltdj and myself, I cleared the room in readiness on the day, and as they did not answer my request for an eta on the morning, got up early and waited. After 12pm I tried to call them, and sent them emails with no result. However, the next day I had a text message to say he had an accident, but someone else would available if we could arrange another date, we did and again they failed to turn up. Not impressed.
