This guy was very good, he first came and visit all work to be done. We easily agreed on the work to be done, involving two steps first wallpainting before installation of a new floor, then completions after floor. Work was done very well, quickly.
Fred pay attention to all exisitng furniture (the flat has to be repainted within a three weeks period). Everything was handled with care and the finish is superb. We recommend this professional.
