replace bathroom flooring & refitting bath

Bathroom flooring rotted from leak. Chipboard on joists. Need to removed bath & WC and then replace flooring before refitting bath etc. Affected area approx. 6ft x 4ft. Modern property.
Fairly urgent - rented property with new tenants due in 2 weeks.
