Roody was very polite at our first meeting & fully understood the works required. He gave me a very detailed quotation with conformation of a started date should he be required to undertake the works. He called me a couple of days before the agreed start date to ensure everything was ok to start. On the agreed day his workers turned up on time and introduced themselves. Even though the weather was very inclement they never complained and completed all the works to a very high standard.
