Brendon's team were asked to do a difficult job but after a few iterations, completed a bathroom refit to a good standard. A lot of effort went into making the walls sound and repairing utility fixtures. However, I was not impressed with the person doing the tiling as it seemed as though he was hoping mistakes would not be noticed. This caused quite a bit of re-work that could have been prevented if he was upfront. In the end we were very pleased with the final product which is Brendon's aim.
