Andrew was prompt in his initial response to our request. He coordinated his assessment quickly and provided us with a variety of options for materials for the stair rails and grab rails. He was patient and stayed in communication with us while waiting for other pieces of work to be done prior to being able to bring him back out to complete the installation of rails.
