We chose Racso not only because their estimate was the lowest, but because Oskar was prompt in terms of his communication and not remotely pushy.
Throughout the build, I found Oskar and his team professional, conscientious and easy to deal with. One of the plus points about Racso is that the whole team is multi-talented, so valuable time was not wasted waiting for another contractor to turn up.
