remove tiles redo and skim walls with a good finish

I have brick like tiles on walls half way up at present need to have tiles fitted in place of, and walls need skimming

Took me two days to get silicone off the tiles. Tiles looked good but over all finish not good, I had no electricity in the kitchen the night the kitchen was finished ?? as switch on wall put back incorrectly cost me more money to call out an emergency electrician.
