Refurbish back porch between house and garage

The porch at the back is not completely sealed. It has a roof and door but also still has the gutters and wastepipe from the original build. We believe that the first buyers asked for the area to be enclosed after the garage roof had gone on. There is no ceiling as such, just a roof void. There is a gap above the gutters which not only lets rain water run down but also collects the usual debris from outside. This can only be cleaned by getting up onto the roof and going down between the apex.

It was a complicated job which took a few days to finish but was well worth the time. We are more than happy with the finished job.
