Sort a dripping shower and a radiator that will not turn on

Shower has a constant drip. Also it is too stiff to turn cold. Secondly I need someone to look at a radiator - I think the knob just needs tightening so that I can turn it on.
Unfortunately Paul took my money for the job and has since not responded to any of my attempts to contact him and continually cancels. I am going to be forced to go to small claims court too.
