replace single socket with double and replace outdoor light

Hi, I have a single socket (protruding, not inside a wall) that needs to be replaced with a double one for use with tumble drier and washing machine. the cable runs on the wall, not inside the wall. Secondly, I have an outdoor porch light which I want to replace with a new one that I bought. Please let me know if you can do these jobs.

Jason did the job as agreed for a fair price. It was a bit difficult to arrange a date as he cancelled a number of times (probably because bigger jobs overrun). If I was working at the time and took time off work I would not be happy, but I'm on maternity leave. He did the job well.
