Yet another unreliable tradesman/bad service and cannot be bothered to get in touch with customer or turn up to the job. Robert Exelby booked the job in to do 27th/28th Dec over a week ago. I ran around Fri 21st Dec before suppliers closed getting all materials ready for him to do the job. I explicitly gave the time frame in which this needed to be done when going out to find someone. Robert agreed and promised to be reliable to do the job. Here we are and the phone is being ignored.
