Experienced professional decorator to put right a bad job!

It isnt a big job. The room 3.6m x 2.6m was recently decorated and the finished edging between the wall and coving is dreadful. The wall was skimmed prior to decorating so there are a couple of areas where the edge has been reduced a little. It really is a disappointing finish.
