Need catio for my cats, 12 ft 8 down past my decking and 13ft 5 across and height roughly 8 ft but slants down to about 7ft

Came when said to price up then messaged me 45 minutes before job to rearrange then did not turn up and ignoring my messages. No point pricing jobs up to not turn up. Total conman and waste of time
