Steven priced up the job and agreed with payment on completion . Failed to turn up on the days that he promised as he said later he had an accident. On the third day ,he asked for payment which he mentioned 70 percent of job competed and paid a sum of money as well .
Whatever the job he has done not in a professional way . When I mentioned him about this ,he is threatening with legal action and refused to sign an agreement as well . I had to spend extra money to finish the work that he left.
