His in-depth knowledge across so many areas was invaluable. Without this - it?s not hard to imagine how such a large-scale project was likely to have ended!?
Ivan was also very patient. Taking the time to explain questions (as they came up) and the options open to us - in simple understandable words. Again we found this level of inclusion was priceless.
Fortunately - during this 10 week project - most things we simply left everything in Ivan?s capable hands. His Team worked hard. They were all friendly. But most importantly - we were able to see progress each day. The continual improvement served to underline to us the excellent productively that he both expected and achieved from his colleagues.
The level of finish & the attention to details were exemplary! As we knew they would be (I had seen some of Ivan?s earlier work with other Customers. Quality of finish that he consistently delivers was the single main reason that we chose Ivan over so many other tender companies. Even though a couple of those quotes were even cheaper than Ivan?s. Fortunately my belief in Ivan - repaid me. Many times over.
