Clive and his team were very responsive and flexible. They attended my house within 24 hours of making contact and resolved a problem with a hot water tap as well as looking at a suspected issue with an outside tap reported by my tenants. Quoted price was honoured. It turned out that the tenants had not tightened the tap in the garden and the team showed honesty and just tightened it rather than replacing and charging for the work!
