New Kitchen Tap - Parts and fitting

I'm looking to get my kitchen tap replaced as it's leaking and spraying out water. I'd be looking for someone to provide the tap and fit it - I wouldn't know where to start with ordering the correct tap.
I'm sure it's only a small job so anyone local that can help, that would be greatly appreciated
