Due to the nature of this job it was quite a long process and the local water board were required to carry out some work in the first instance. However, I am Drainage provided all of the relevant details and kept in touch throughout the process. When the time came for them to carry out their work they were organised, on time, friendly and they kept us informed throughout the job of the developments. They completed the job in good time and carried out a thorough review of the job ensuring that we were happy before the job was signed off.
