Change socket; new ceiling light ; removal of BT socket

Hi,

We live in a first / top floor flat at Anthony Road SE25 (Woodside / Norwood) and would like to have the following works carried out:-

1. To change a faulty double socket for a new one.
2. To have a new light fitted in our living room.
3. To have a faulty/unused BT socket removed from the wall and disconnected from the source.

We have purchased the new socket and new light unit to be fitted.

Please could you give us an estimate for this work and the earliest you would be available to carry out these tasks.

Martin changed a faulty socket; installed a new ceiling light and removed a faulty BT socket and lead. Very happy with Martin's work. He kept his work tidy and his invoice was as he originally quoted. He was on time and very polite. Will be definitely asking him to carry out future works and also happy to recommend.
