To convert a side conservatory into a bathroom/utility room

We have a side conservatory that has already been converted into a toilet but we want to probably knock it down and build a bigger space incorporating a new bathroom and utility room. We have a 1920's chalet bungalow in Tollerton

**AVOID AVOID AVOID** You have been warned. I echo everything in the previous review to mine. We have been well and truly ripped off and are in utter disbelief how someone can operate in this way. Darren talks a good talk but that's it. The shoddy workmanship and lies know no bounds. Most of job paid for but only 30% completed if that. It's costing us more to put right and finish , than the original quote. Builder disputes found on disputesregister.org-£37k & £49k. Shocking
