The fence was damaged in a storm and Matt asked for £440 so he could pay for the materials when ordered. The next day he said that his supplier had not got any posts. That was on 21st February. A month has passed during which Matt has ignored all my emails asking when he could do the job. He still has my money. I am very upset and so are my neighbours. I need to get someone to repair or replace the fence so I need that money back.
