BEWARE!!!
He was dishonest about knowing how to do the job (He probably had never done a big project). He never showed up on-time, was always absent on most days and asked for money every week.
I ended up going with some other professional and loosing all the money I had paid him upfront.
If you ever decide to ignore this warning and employ his services, make sure you don't pay him until the job is finished to your satisfaction.
