Never finished the job! Started Jun from mid July keeps promising to finish but hasn't turned up. Text daily saying he will come today to finish then doesn't turn up each day for last 3 months. Fence is coming apart, no gate. Has left rubbish & damage to my lawn. Left old paving on the public path o/s my hse and council told me I was liable, had to pay someone else to remove it all. I paid A&E in full and he promised me a refund over txt for all the problems but has not done that either.
