I made contact with a view to him coming to price a new conservatory today. I emailed him yesterday Jul 2nd, after he said he was free today so we arranged 2pm. I waited in all day but he did not arrive and no phone call or anything else. This is totally unacceptable and I suggest you take him off your books. He wasted my time and didnt have the decency to let me know he wasnt coming.
