Bruce gave me a quote of £160 to tile my shower room approx. 2sqm. I invited him to come to see the shower room but he refused saying he was very experienced. Laid tiles opposite to what we agreed. Broke tiles that cost £8.56; broke tiles on the wall, caused leak, water went through to living room, repositioned pipe that is sticking out, whole work is messy, left rubies in my front garden. He is very lucky that we did not take him to Court.
