Bathroom floor needs some boards replacing from water damage and kitchen ceiling below bathroom needs ceiling replaced with a light fitting in centre of ceiling needs replacing
Can't get hold of tradesman to break down his quote for the insurance company getting impression he doesn't want the job have phoned several times and left a message
