New bathroom and toilet fitted

Bathroom is 2000mm x 1500mm. Remove existing. Replace with new bath, sink, vanity unit and tiling on floors and most of wallls.

Toilet is 850mm x 1500. Remove existing . Replace with sink toilet and tile entire room.

Floor to ceiling height is 2400mm

Wanted 50% up front. I knew he had no intention of doing the job. He arrived with a half arsed too box in casual clothes and had a car. No even a van. He was 100% planning to take 50% . Do one days work and leave.
