Karl was punctual, friendly and very COVID aware. He explained what he was doing and replaced screws for stronger ones, filled in the wall where the bracket was previously. He tested the wall for electrics and metal and ensured that I was completely happy with the job. He was fully equipped and cleaned the area afterwards. Highly recommended!
