I would not use this builder: -
* Poor time management.
* Lied to me - was going to insulate - I tested walls and ceiling, he hadn't bothered and thought he could lie and get away with it.
* Bathroom - to pull wall down and make good, he did a shocking job, finish I could had done better.
* He threatened me with debt collectors as due to the poor quality I refused to pay in full, he said he would "Send people up"
* I had to say he had done a good job, just to get him back.
