Rebuild part of front garden wall, relay small area of front

Rebuild front garden wall, not sure if just the damaged part can be repaired (5'x3'). Knocked down in a collision. Mostly still intact, bricks all there.
Re-lay small area of front drive with concrete. About 13'x7'.
Fit new drain lid in front garden, lid is OK but metal frame is broken. I have photos on my phone, could send them on WhatsApp.
