I already use part of loft for storage but only a small fraction is boarded and then only with temporary boards. I'd like proper boarding together with altered access between sections (rafters too close) and maybe even a window
Not the cheapest - but close, and well worth the extra. Obviously a new business and has minor things to learn, but conscientious and skilled. I would recommend him.
