Refelting roof 16x8ft shed, disposing of old materials

16x8ft workshop/shed in the garden requires new felt for the roof (currently leaking). Need someone to either cover or remove the existing felt and replace with new, ensuring it's water tight.
Based in Winchelsea East Sussex - please note access is challenging as I live on a main road.
