boarding a loft

Our loft is unboarded and we would like the floor boarded so we can use it for storage. We would also like to make sure the loft insulation is as good as it can be. The house is a 3 bed detached and was built in 1920s-1930s.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! They ask for a deposit, do not show and then become uncontactable. Do not use this company at all!
