Construct concrete side passage

The passage at the side of our house is very rough, and it's difficult to take the wheelie bins in and out. We would like the entire thing concreted over. I am including photos below, so you can see the detail.

The dimensions of the area to be concreted over are:
Width: 110 cm
Length: 770 cm
