With all my respect, I’m not happy with the work Alfie did with the second part of our fence. I’m OK with the first three panels but with challenges that the fence gave him all together, Alfie did not managed the job well. I understand that he spent the whole day doing the fence but he was not prepared to deal with challenges. He overestimated his skills in this regard. I did not wish him to correct the job as I understand that he did his best already.
