Ok, so, I don't normally like to leave bad feedback but this tradesman shortlisted my job just to send me an abusive message. Berating my job and the budget that I am in a position to offer. Basically having a go at me for what I'm looking for. If my job is not in HIS budget, that's fine, it may well be in someone else's and that's none of his business. What a terrible attitude this person has. I would never employ anyone like this.
