I've just come back from holiday to find a stained & damp ceiling/wall upstairs. It must be a result of a loose tile or something. I know there was a bees nest in my loft in the summer, and I was about to take it out now they have died off, so it may be because of that. Anyway, for insurance, I need two quotes for the roof repair and internal redecoration. Ceiling is lath & plaster, so I'd like to get it replaced with plasterboard. As well as that insurance job, I'd also like a quote for plasterboading of all the ceilings in the house.
Mark replaced my ceilings and redecorated. He did a great job. Very hardworking, reliable and polite, he kept the house as clean as possible throughout. Highly recommended - I'm sure we'll use him again
