Remove the old sink, toilet and bath
Remove cupboard
Take off the ceiling – to integrate new extractor fan, + install new spotlights
Plasterboards to be fitted to ceiling
Skim ceiling with multi-finish.
Remove wallpaper from walls
Old walls to be skimmed
Remove the floor and floor boards to allow fit of marine wood and be level with the corridor
Change doors of Cupboard over boiler
Fit marine wood and screw it to fit tiles
Fit tiles to floor and grouting
Fit tiles on walls and grouting
Tiles fitted around the bath
Tiles fitted around the toilet. – 1.50 height.
Fit new bath, sink and toilet and plug in with water.
Paint the bathroom – 3 layers.
