Good job done(removing a rad and draining 2 others to fit thermostat valves), competitive price (around the same as other quotes. Was able to do the job at short notice Polite/well mannered & friendly. You can tell he has been brought up well, ie he is conscientious and sets to do a good honest job and takes pride in what he does - I felt comfortable leaving him working in my home whilst I popped out. Definitely not a cowboy
